MultiTooSite was founded on more than eight years of practical, hands-on experience in real estate and construction work. Over the years, my direct involvement in site planning, material coordination, building work, and property development provided me with a realistic understanding of how construction projects actually operate on the ground.

Working directly with site requirements taught me that theoretical numbers on paper do not always match actual field conditions. Estimating quantities like concrete volume, aggregate tonnage, earth excavation, or structural steel requires an understanding of how materials behave, how waste occurs, and how site variables affect ordering.

This background inspired me to build MultiTooSite. Rather than creating overly complex or purely theoretical software, I wanted to build tools rooted in the everyday practicalities of site work—tools that provide clear figures and explain how those figures are derived.
